1. About Snagify
Snagify is a digital platform that helps users create structured, timestamped property inspection reports. Whether you’re a landlord, a tenant, or a real estate professional, Snagify simplifies and standardizes property condition documentation.
Snagify is a digital product owned and operated by MULKEEF Real Estate L.L.C, a Dubai-based Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered under license no. 1419394 and commercial registration no. 2421330.
MULKEEF is licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism to operate in real estate activities including property leasing and sales brokerage.

2. Scope of Use
Snagify provides tools to assist in the creation of property inspection reports. The platform:
Allows users to document property condition with photos, notes, and signatures,
Generates downloadable PDF reports,
Offers time-stamped proof of inspections.
Electronic Signatures
Where applicable, signatures collected via Snagify’s form tools are considered electronic signatures. As per UAE Federal Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services, such signatures are valid if they allow for the clear identification of the signatory and their intent.
Snagify cannot, however, verify the identity of the signer without their direct input or independent authentication.
Snagify reports are paid digital services. All purchases are final and non-refundable once the report is generated. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted information before purchase.
Snagify does not act as a legal advisor, mediator, or authority in case of dispute. Reports created with Snagify can support communication and legal processes, but we do not guarantee acceptance or outcome in any legal or rental proceedings.
3. User Responsibility
By using Snagify, you agree to:
Enter accurate and honest information,
Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
Share the reports with the relevant parties when needed.
Snagify cannot verify the truthfulness of the content you provide and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in submitted data.
4. Liability Disclaimer
We do our best to offer a reliable, professional tool — but like any digital service, Snagify is provided “as is.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snagify and MULKEEF Real Estate LLC disclaim all liability for:
Disputes between parties (e.g. landlords, tenants, agents)
Legal outcomes related to use of reports
Any indirect, incidental, financial, or reputational damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
You remain responsible for the decisions you make based on the reports generated.
5. Intellectual Property
The Snagify platform, name, logo, and all related materials are protected under intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of MULKEEF Real Estate LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without express written permission.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary to provide our service, such as:
Your name and email address,
Property details and uploaded media,
Timestamps and usage logs.
We may collect anonymized usage data via third-party tools (e.g. analytics, cookies) to improve our service. This data is not used to identify users and is processed in accordance with applicable UAE privacy laws.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except when required by law. Your data is stored securely and used only for operational purposes.
You may contact us at any time to request access to or deletion of your personal data and reports.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snagify, MULKEEF Real Estate LLC, and its partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the platform, inaccurate submissions, or violation of these Terms.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party service disruptions, regulatory changes, or natural disasters.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Dubai.
10. Final Note
Snagify is here to help you document property condition in a clean and professional way. While we make every effort to ensure reliability and accuracy, the final responsibility always rests with the user.
Snagify is a documentation aid — not a legal authority, arbitrator, or substitute for proper legal consultation.
